The species list for 2014 is now up-to-date and shows that more than 40 new species have been recorded, from butterflies to badgers, sedges to skippers.
That figure is separate to the spectacular success of the Sussex Fungi Group, who identified more than 50 varieties of fungi in two visits.
You can find the full list of all the newly recorded inhabitants of the wood by clicking on the “Species in the Wood” tab here.
