Fungi, unidentified, April 2014

 

Given our ongoing problems with identifying fungi, we asked an expert.

Nick from Sussex Fungi Group was kind enough to visit last month and the list of what he spotted is below.

Sadly, the fungi pictured above wasn’t fruiting when Nick visited so I think it might be of the sp.Polyporus. It was pictured on April 28. If you can help with identification please leave a comment below.
